WANDA WILLIAMS
Executive Director and Founder
Wanda Williams was elected to Suisun City Council in 2018. Adopt-A-Neighborhood was birthed in Wanda's heart because she envisioned beautiful neighborhoods for all in Suisun. To accomplish this task she turned to her beloved community to bring this program to fruition through volunteerism, education and forging partnerships with local businesses and companies.

DONNA LEBLANCE
Media Coordinator
Donna has been a resident & homeowner in Suisun City for 25 years. Over the past few years, she noticed the decline in the upkeep of homes & neighborhoods. She wants to inspire others to improve our hometown. When the opportunity to form SCAAN materialize she volunteered immediately. Donna's motto is "bit by bit, block by block, we CAN turn our hometown around & become the best we can be". She oversees all social media.
KATRINA GARCIA
Director of Development
Katrina is a resident of Suisun City and a business owner. Katrina's husband was born and raised in Suisun City and they made the decision to buy their first home in Suisun City to raise their children. She has been instrumental in leading our fundraising team and spearheading our fundraisers. She is one of the founding members of Adopt-A-Neighborhood.
BELINDA BROWN
Senior Research Analyst
Belinda has lived in Suisun City for over ten years. She loves her city and believes it takes us to work collectively to make our city and neighborhoods a beautiful place to live and play. Belinda is one of Adopt-A-Neighborhood founding members.
SHEILA ROSE
Volunteer Coordinator
A long-time resident of Suisun City, Sheila brings a wealth of information and experience organizing volunteers.
